What to email us about
- Corrections: If you found an error in a guide (a price that has changed, a restaurant that has closed, a transit route that has been updated), we want to know. We will fix it and credit you if you would like.
- Tips and recommendations: If there is a restaurant, teahouse, or path that we have missed and you think other visitors would love, send it our way.
- Press and partnerships: For media inquiries, advertising questions, or collaboration proposals, please email with the subject line starting with “Press:” or “Partnership:”.
- Reader questions: If you are planning a trip and have a specific question, ask. We cannot write a custom itinerary, but we will point you to the right guides.
Where we are
Our editorial team is based in Hangzhou and Shanghai. We are an online publication and do not have a physical office open to visitors. We do not sell tours, book hotels, or arrange travel — we just write the guides.

Monday to Friday: 24 hours
Weekends and Chinese public holidays: 48–72 hours
